The Symposium is organised by the Coordination des Confréries d'Ile de France (Cocorico) and takes place in principle every two years. It is a festive and cultural event including conferences on vine and wine, exhibitions, shows, a parade of Brotherhoods and ending with a gala dinner.
"Beaujolais Nouveau" Celebration
November 3rd thursday worldwide
This festival has existed in France since 1985 but corresponds to an ancient tradition of opening the cellars of monasteries to the people of Saint-Martin, around November 10th. Many events are organized around the world by wine merchants and brotherhoods.

The Congress is organized by the Ordine dei Cavalieri del Tartufo and dei Vini d'Alba. It will be followed by an optional extension in June 7 to 9, with visits to Asti and Turin.
